When I first started No Count, in August 2016, dessert consisted of fruit and low fat natural yogurt. I then started to experiment by using blitzed oats instead of flour and had great fun creating some of the desserts that can now be enjoyed on No Count.
You do need to be careful as to the amount you enjoy though, as eating more than one of these a day could affect your weight loss.

Hi Val, I’ve only frozen the scones and banana cake and they were ok. I tend to take any excess baking into work:-) Helen xxxxxx
